Join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute blend of Yin + Vinyasa Yoga, designed to gently awaken the senses and restore balance. We’ll begin with Yin postures to release tension and clear away stagnant energy, then flow into Vinyasa to ignite vitality and recharge your inner light. We’ll close with a soothing 10-minute sound healing with crystal bowls and chimes, inviting deep relaxation as you rest in Savasana.
✨ Event Flow
-11:30 am – 11:55 am: Arrival + settle in with a cup of green or herbal tea, and take a few moments to journal with provided prompts.
-12:00 pm – 1 pm: YinYasa session + Crystal bowl + chime sound bath for ultimate relaxation.
Optional
– 1:00 pm: Bring your own lunch and join us for connection + conversation in the cozy lounge at Groundfloor. Your hostess will provide tea and a sweet treat to share.
