Chair Yoga: Wednesdays at 2:30pm

Join me for a gentle, supportive Chair Yoga class designed to improve mobility, balance, and relaxation in a welcoming small-group setting.

This class is limited to 5 students to ensure personal attention and a comfortable pace for everyone.
$20-25 sliding scale per class. Payment in person via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
