Join me for a deeply nourishing afternoon of Restorative Yin followed by an expansive sound bath meditation.

We’ll begin with long-held, supported Yin postures designed to gently release fascia, soften held tension, and invite the body into profound stillness. With the support of props and intentional guidance, this practice encourages deep rest while creating space in both body and mind.

From there, you’ll transition into an extended sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered tonal vibrations to further settle the nervous system and support integration. The combination of stillness and sound creates a powerful arc — grounding, soothing, and deeply restorative.

This is an intimate offering, capped at 12 participants to preserve spaciousness and personal attention.
