Relax and rejuvenate with a soothing outdoor yoga session and sound bath led by the talented Laura Moir. After the yoga session, stay for some chai from Mosley’s Cafe and shop at the sweetest little store in Alameda. Yoga will take place in the green space across from Two Marys’ Mercantile in Alameda, so bring your yoga mat and a friend for a morning of wellness and community.
