    Join me for a bright and beautiful start to your Saturday with a grounding, uplifting vinyasa flow class where you will be guided through a series of movements that will include elements of core work, strength building, and breathwork. Some yoga experience is recommended, all are welcome.

    A gentle class for all levels, seniors, anyone returning to practice after time off. Class includes sitting, standing, and supine poses that target all parts of the body through supported alignment to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength.

    A full-body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. It's a little yoga and a little strength training with light weights and resistance bands to add intensity to the practice, and create a dynamic and invigorating workout. This class is for all levels. Temp: Not heated.
